The much awaited RNB-Innovations Lithium- Ion Rechargeable battery packs and chargers will be available from Detectorbits very Early May. Price delivered free in the UK will be £72.95
Supplies are arriving tomorrow 7th April of the new DETEKNIX Transmit & Receive wireless units which will enable customers to use their own favourite headphones. The Receive unit that your Headphones will plug into are the same size as the present transmitter unit so will easily slip into a coat or even shirt pocket. Until stocks arrive tomorrow I cannot take any pictures to show. Included in the pack will be adapters for the various headphone & detector sizes.
Retail price of this WR Wireless set (minus headphones) should be £89.95 delivered however as an Introductory offer on our own Detectorbits website and selected forums they will be priced at £79.95 delivered free in the UK.
The WR units will fit any Detectors and Headphones with a standard 3.5mm or 6.35mm jack. There will be a pack available in due course that will enable users of the Garrett AT series to use their own Headphones.
If there is enough Interest in the future we may give the option of adding the receive unit to the standard Wireless headphone pack which would give users the option of using the Deteknix lightweight phones in summer and their own full cup phones during winter months or in heavy weather. Please contact us If this interests you.
Lithium Rechargeable Battery pack for Garrett AT series. Sometime early april there will hopefully be a Lithium rechargeable battery pack available from www.detectorbits.co.uk
This pack will give all Garrett AT pro and AT gold owners a battery pack that lasts 35 – 40 hours from a single charge from its own, supplied charger. The batteries made by RNB-Innovations in California will be very similar to the Successful Minelab version that fits all their FBS detectors which has been available now for a couple of years. Detectorbits will be distributors for the whole of Europe once again.
Price on the Minelab and a similar one that fits most Whites detectors and come complete with their own fast charger is £109.95 delivered free in the UK. We are hoping that the Garrett AT version will be half that price when it finally comes to market.
The Minelab and Whites versions give a much longer life in the field than the original ones, three times the life in the case of the minelab. After successful testing in the field in the UK we are confident that the Garrett version will give even more hours life.
There will shortly also be a version for the Minelab Excalibur available. Watch this space.
Just spotted the latest review on You Tube of our Deteknix wireless Headphones and also another one on the Deteknix Wader Dual Power . These are both courtesy of that great Character Digger Dan.
Dan is planning a big charity detect all round the coast of the UK sometime this summer which will be for Charity. He is intending to take our products with him to use on the beaches. Havent had any details from him yet but obviously he will have our support.

Thanks for the two videos Aaron at ziggyjinks productions on our new Deteknix Quest pro waterproof Detector. Great job just a big shame it was such a windy day.
Finally arriving at Detectorbits today Monday 25th January. Our apologies for the delay.
Very early in January we will be receiving Wireless Headphone sets from Deteknix that are made especially to fit the Garrett AT series of Detectors that use their own waterproof Headphone Jack. This gets over the problem of having to buy Garretts own special adapter that takes you back to a normal Jack socket so that you can use your own headphones. The price for these sets will be £109.95 instead of the normal £89.95.
£20 more I know but Garretts own adapter that you would need to buy Is around £28 so still a saving.
Other Garrett Detector models that use a standard 3.5mm or 6.35mm are not affected. Our standard WS3 Wireless Headphone set works and fits perfectly in those.
Just had this in from Gary at Garys Detecting. It appears he loves them.
Heres a link from Garys Detecting on his findings using the Deteknix Wireless headphones.
